Nashua Limited is a leader in office automation, and is one of the largest providers of printing devices and document management solutions in the Southern African market. As part of the Reunert Group, our service offering is defined by the need to not merely sell products to customers, but to offer holistic service solutions. We believe that our pay-off line, ‘Saving you time. Saving you money. Putting you first.' is much more than a mere advertising slogan. It is an active mission that is pervasive throughout our organisation and is used to evaluate service performance. It is for this reason that Nashua has mostly had the number one market share in South Africa for 25 years.
Services/Products We Offer
We sell a variety of office automation products, including multifunctional printing devices, colour laser printers, wide format printers, digital duplicators, high volume printing devices and the best in market document management software. Our service offering frees customers to concentrate on more important decision-making and creative tasks, whilst fully integrating their printing requirements with tailor-made solutions that manage and control this process within any office environment.

Nashua Limited channels its CSR initiatives through the Nashua Children's Charity Foundation (NCCF). The NCCF provides basic amenities, education and entertaining activities to children from various orphanages around South Africa.
The Foundation provides approximately 60,000 meals per month to about 1, 000 children. It also purchases cleaning materials and toiletries for these charities as part of its sustainable living project, and treats children to various outings, including trips to Sun City and shopping excursions. Educational opportunities are a major focus area for the NCCF, which involves the provision of school uniforms and stationery, as well as assisting with school fees and transport to schools.
Another aspect of our charitable involvement is renovating buildings, which includes additions and alterations to the homes that the NCCF cares for.
Nashua Limited is the world's largest distributor of Ricoh International products. Ricoh International is a leading global solutions provider, with a strong heritage in customer focused technical excellence.
Nashua Limited has certification from the International Standards Organisation (ISO) and is currently working towards becoming an ISO 14001 compliant company. Certification should be achieved by September 2011. By the same time Nashua will also have fully implemented an initiative known as "Project Green", which aims to give back to the environment through initiatives such as planting trees, educating staff to change their lifestyle to a greener one, and forming part of the process of creating a sustainable environmental future.
Nashua Limited has a Level 5 BEE Rating.
