This team of highly skilled professionals behind the blueprint design is tasked to verify that every element within the broader holistic continuum have been properly planned, evaluated and audited to ensure the lowest-possible carbon footprint as well as adherence to the most stringent environmental ethics and standards as set out by the leading international green building rating tools. What We Offer

Extremely low density - a maximum of twenty one 2-acre stands will be sub-divided while in total, only 2.1 hectares of the 360 hectare estate (less than 0.6%) will be affected by human development.

The construction phase, building phase as well as the day to day activities on the estate will be managed and monitored in accordance with an Environmental Management Plan, the Sustainable Construction Activity Guidelines as well as the 360° Home Owners Rules.
