NokusaEI is an international consulting company specialising in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) consulting, solutions and implementations. It is a South African based black empowered company consulting to many blue-chip companies throughout the world.

As special expertise ECM Partners of SAP and OpenText, NokusaEI is recognised as having a significant record of accomplishment in successfully implementing ECM solutions at SAP customers, with dedicated consultants experienced specifically in implementing SAP ECM solutions.
NokusaEI has also been an accredited training provider for AIIM since 2006. AIIM is the international authority on ECM. Their programmes were developed to arm organisations with the knowledge and education to anticipate and avoid business information mistakes. NokusaEI has the largest number of certified AIIM Masters in Southern Africa.
NokusaEI provides organisations with an overall solution that organisations can use throughout - considering the shared ECM needs across all functions of organisations. As well as the capabilities of each ECM component, such as, document management, records management, web content management and forms management. NokusaEI Social Responsibility
As part of its social responsibility, NokusaEI and its employees contribute to The Giving Organisation.
The Giving Organisation is an independent Trust, owned and managed by its beneficiaries, audited by PricewaterhouseCoopers and is honoured to have Archbishop Desmond Tutu as its Patron. The Giving Organisation is about good cause organisations working together. It's about companies, suppliers and customers uniting to make an on-going difference! This organisation has the exclusive aim of uniting charities in South Africa and developing innovative ways of creating a sustainable source of income for them. All funds raised are paid directly into The Giving Organisation Trust Account and distributed based on simplistic models to be agreed with each employer.
Charities and non-profit organisations from a variety of good causes are represented on The Giving Organisation. The Giving Organisation represents a basket of good causes that the public feel strong about and want to support. The beneficiaries are well known and respected and brands that people recognise and feel comfortable giving to and include areas addressing:
- children - illness - education - feeding schemes - HIV/AIDS - Cancer - Training - Wildlife - Animals and Nature Conservation.
NokusaEI is the special expertise ECM Partner of SAP and the South African OpenText SAP Competence Partner as well as the only licensed and accredited AIIM Training Partner in Southern Africa (since March 2006).
NokusaEI is committed to managing the impact of the business on the environment and sees this as part of our social responsibility. We are currently located in the Lifestyle Business Park, recognised as a very environmentally friendly building that focuses on reducing energy usage and recycling of water resources. A large organisation places a routine order to its manufacturer: the specs for the product are retrieved from the company's computerised database by an engineer, the order is authorised by a manager, and it is sent off to the manufacturer. When the product is delivered, the sizes are wrong. The fallout is horrible - the loss has to be written off, a project is delayed, the relationship with the client is damaged, the CEO wants heads to roll. But whose fault is it? The engineer's? The manager's? The systems'? The data capturer's? The Gremlins' in cyberspace?

Nokusa Engineering Informatics (NokusaEI) has implemented a records management solution for Lotterywest, the State Lottery in Western Australia. Engineering Informatics (EI), the Australasian subsidiary of NokusaEI, was selected to handle the project after an extensive consulting process.
