BOLETSHE TRADING ENTERPRISE CC is a self-motivated 100% black-owned business entity established on the values of respect, reliability and professionalism in order to create and strengthen the relationship with its clients. The company is led by Mohlabani Jan Mepha who is the founder and the Principal Occupational Hygienist. Jan is competent to carry legal appointment in terms of Section 12(1) of the Mine Health and Safety Act 29 of 1996 as amended and has over 15 years work experience in management of Occupational and Health Hygiene Programs, Mine Ventilation Systems and conducting of assessment and investigation for Occupational Noise and Environmental Noise. Prior to establishing the company, Jan Mepha occupied a managerial position as Sectional Ventilation Officer, Acting Mine Ventilation Manager and Occupational Hygiene and Health Superintendent at Lonmin Platinum mine and Xstrata Alloys Western mines respectively.
