Belgotex Floorcoverings operates a ‘green' factory and is ISO 14001 Environmental Management System certified.
Several products with recycled content made up of either postindustrial or post-consumer waste are available on request:
The newly launched BerberPoint Eco from Nexus is made from Stainproof Eco Fibre combining recycled polyester with a polypropylene blend. Coupled with NexBac Eco, a green backing alternative containing 35% recycled postindustrial waste fly-ash, designers are able to specify a floor with between 27 - 34% recycled content overall, depending on the percentages used in the chosen top cloth.
All Belgotex Floorcoverings' products bear the Environmental Choice logo for environmentally friendly production processes.

BerberPoint 920, the bestselling carpet range from Nexus has gone green.
ALL 27 colours in the range now contain recycled fibre where previously only a limited selection of "green" colourways were available in the BerberPoint Eco collection. The process has now been perfected for the most trusted commercial product, representing a giant leap for eco-friendly "green carpeting".
