The professionals at SBDS have long prided themselves on their involvement in sustainable design initiatives as the environmentally and socially aware choice, as well as the responsible and economical client recommendation.

SBDS is a corporate member of the Green Building Council and has an in-house Green Star Accredited Professional. We are particularly proud to have been part of the first SA project to achieve two Green Star Ratings.

SBDS provides specialised services and expertise in construction cost management, property development appraisals, project viability evaluation, sustainable design costing, construction cost estimates, procurement, contractual advice, final cost settlement, property valuations and mediation.
