Afrizan Cadet Academy is a unique solution to the current skills shortage in South Africa. Where many employers are reluctant to hire inexperienced yet theoretically trained graduates is where the Academy steps in.

We employ only the most promising equity candidates and afford them the opportunity to gain experience and an understanding of corporate expectations within our own environment before outsourcing them to our clients.
