About Us:
It is a requirement by law that any organisation paying skills levies is required to submit a Workplace Skills Plan and an Annual Training Report. To be able to do this, the skills gaps of all employees need to be identified and recorded. Subsequently, a career plan per employee needs to be formulated.
Research has shown that employees who have a career plan and are actively working towards the objectives and goals as set out in the career plan are more motivated and likely to remain in their positions for a longer period.
