Corporate Service Provider is a dynamic company that was established in 2003 as a shared service provider and consultancy firm. One of our core focuses of the business is to serve as Skills Development Practitioners, to assist businesses with the Skills Development Act / Skills Development Levies Act compliance and to assist with the implementation of the National Skills Development Strategy.

Skills Development Services

•Register at the relevant Sector Education and Training Authorities SETA(s) as the client's SDF.
•Conduct a Skills Audit in the workplace.
•Appoint and chair the Training Committee on behalf of the client.
•Compile a Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and submit it to the relevant SETA on prescribed target dates.
•Monitor the implementation of the WSP and provide monthly written feedback to the client on the progress thereof.
•Recommend South African Qualification Authority (SAQA) accredited training providers.
•Draft an annual Skills report and submit it to the relevant SETA on prescribed target dates.
•Advice the employer of any quality standards set by the relevant SETA.
•Act as contact person between the employer and the relevant SETA.
•Serve as a resource with regard to all aspects of skills development.
