Prosperity Management Services (Pty) Ltd. was established in 1999, initially as a financial services provider with partnership with our sister-company which is an authorised Financial Services Provider (FSP18779). This partnership compels us to see companies in their holistic perspective, giving us the understanding of what budgetary influences have on the training department's objectives. We are also able to offer a holistic financial plan, with regards to Employee Benefits, Commercial Short-term insurance, etc.

In the training and development arena we employ specialists in various disciplines. As training and consulting company we specialise in skills development and training on all needs required according to the National Qualification Framework.

There is no one training company that can offer all of the training/development services, thus we are proud to be in association with a selected group of fully accredited partners, which enables us to offer more than one service to our clients. The advisors that work within Prosperity has all worked in some form of HR and/or management thus we understand the frustrations and effort it takes.
