Training Courses Offered

1. The Facilities Management Course

This learning program is developed to enhance and sustain the knowledge and skills of learners who are employed in management positions. The program consists of the following modules and each module is presented over a course of 2 days per month:

• Facility Management Philosophy and Theory
• Contract Management
• Building Management
• Health and Safety in Facilities Management
• Space Planning and Space Management
• Finances for FM
• Help desk and Communication
• Soft Services
• Outsourcing
• Relocation Management
• Property Management
• Management and Project Management
• Environmental Management 

Each of the above modules may also be attended individually. 

2. Intro to Facilities Management

This learning program is developed as an entry-level to Facility management and includes mentoring of learners in their different working environments, presented over a period of 4 days, and a coaching period of 3 months.

3. Facilities Management for the Maintenance Assistant in a Building

This learning program is developed to teach learners basic handy-man skills and also to implement proper Safety management in doing so. The course is presented over a period of 10 days, which includes practical assessment.

We also offer alternative and tailor made programs for a specific need based on the training needs and situation of a specific client.
