JVR Consulting Psychologists are affiliated with:
HPCSA (Health Professions Council of South Africa): JVRC's staff complement is made up of Clinical, Industrial and Organisational, as well as Counselling and Research psychologists who are all registered as professional psychologists with the HPCSA.
University of Johannesburg: JVRC sponsor a number of affirmative action students studying psychology at South African Universities. In conjunction with the University of Johannesburg, we actively participate in, and support the University's Learnership Program for intern psychometrists and psychologists. We currently sponsor 3 interns from previously disadvantaged backgrounds (60% or our intern complement) and plan to offer them full-time employment once these internships have been completed.
North West University: JVRC's Skills Development Unit is currently partnering with the Leadership Academy of the University to deliver Executive Leadership Development Programs for their academic staff.
Afriforte: JVRC is the preferred Consulting Company accredited to implement the Organisational Human Factor Benchmark Instrument (OHFB©) developed by Afriforte, in conjunction with the WorkWell Research Unit, Faculty of Economic and Management Science, North-West University. The OHFB© enables an organisation to benchmark their Human Factor risks against the S.A norm by measuring key employee and organisational outcomes.
AIMC (Association of Internal Management Consultants): JVRC is the first South African Company to become a member of the AIMC and is leading the establishment of a South African Chapter. The vision of the AIMC is to form an active network of companies that are linked internationally to promote regular exchange of practices and allow for professional reflection, learning and mutual support.
SIOPSA (Society for Industrial and Organisational Psychology of South Africa) : Our Psychologists actively participate in professional bodies, such as SIOPSA, and regularly present research papers, lead interest groups, and attend events for continuous professional education.
