Courses We Offer

Whilst the Heart Of Leadership is powerfully delivered in a conversational format with experienced facilitators in just one day and ignites individuals on a leadership development journey, the Nine Conversations in Leadership is delivered over 9 separate 4 hour conversations, and explores the organisation's current reality allowing participants to fully understand and engage with the organisation specific leadership philosophy and strategy, and move as a collective leadership team into alignment, trust, engagement and shared language.

Purposeful Teams is a powerful and participative two-day intervention in which challenges, dynamics and dysfunctions are contextually addressed and strategy, actions and roles are clarified, effectively activating and energising the team towards the fulfilment of their purpose. Two half day sessions follow at monthly intervals to ensure sustainability and to empower the team to self-correct and stay on track. Teams report a fundamental shift in engagement and communication, as well as renewed commitment and cohesion.
