• Verification of qualifications and all statutory checks including criminal checks and referencing
• Assisting clients formulate job specifications
• Discussing industry remuneration
• Matching candidates to clients, taking into consideration both parties' needs and expectations in terms of:

• Role responsibilities & expectations
• Training
• Culture development

• Arranging interviews and assisting with transportation to and from interview, when required
• Following-up on interviews with both client and candidate and assessing the interest of both parties
• Addressing any issues that may arise during the interview process
• Relaying the offer and discussing the potential counter-offer
• Assisting with resignation and on-boarding
