Why Ratio?

The name "Ratio" was born out of a desire and commitment to focus on critical business success ratios pertinent to our and our client's businesses, such as:

• Maintaining a low as possible ratio of candidates selected and interviewed by our clients to successful candidates employed. Our specialist consultants gain a clear understanding of the Job Specifications and carefully match the competencies and personal fit of prospective candidates to the client's requirements. As a result of this we achieve cost effective sustainable successful placements that assist our clients in achieving and maintaining as low as possible cost - to income ratios and strong return on human capital employed ratios.
• Through working closely together with and as an extension of their business, we assist our clients in creating a diversified work force in order to achieve acceptable Employment Equity ratios and standards.
• Developing our comprehensive database and through ongoing advertising and rigorous search and selection we ensure a high ratio of high potential candidates as prospects for placement.
