Who We Are

LabourMan specialises in industrial relations and provides the management of client companies with a professional legal service in terms of all kinds of labour related matters. We render a high quality service through our professional legal consultants, labour attorneys and advocates in order to maintain a professional standard of legal and labour mediation services; to impart knowledge and provide assistance and to make labour law affordable and accessible to our clients in a proactive problem solving manner. We inform, educate and advise clients on how to enforce and protect their legal and labour rights. We provide each client with an essential and complete labour manual as a reference source to manage labour relations on a daily basis.

In terms of workplace discipline we assist and advise our clients from verbal and written warnings to the conducting and chairing of disciplinary hearings. We will represent a client at the CCMA, Bargaining Councils and the Labour Court.

Our service includes the drafting of legal documents such as contracts of employment, policy documents, restrained of trades, confidential agreements, retrenchment notices and agreements, etc.

Labourman will conduct all negotiations with trade unions on behalf of employers and deal with strike management and urgent Labour Court applications.
