WBS MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMES
28 Nov 2011
What is the work of the future and what skills and knowledge will people need to be successful? We at the Wits Business School (WBS) realise that we need to make all our programmes relevant to both managers and organisations. To do this we have commissioned a number of research projects to feed into our management development programmes design. Not only will the programmes be aligned with what businesses are looking for to help their staff perform better, but also what individuals need for career advancement. At WBS, we would like to align what we do to the real, everyday needs of both managers and organisations.
