Experience, Expertise, Service. Since 1925 Flag Factory have built a fine reputation for quality products that have been used effectively by clients throughout South Africa.

It started in 1925 when Canvas Workers Limited was established and made canvas goods and flags. Percy Goldman bought the business in 1945 and expanded its range of products and activities. In the 1960's Canvas Workers became the first South African manufacturer to be awarded a State Tender for National Flags which up to that time had been imported.
1967 saw the separation of the retail and manufacturing divisions of the business - the latter under the name SPORTI PRODUCTS with Percy's sons, Adrian and Michael, as Directors. Since 1992 SPORTI PRODUCTS has specialised in flags, flagpoles, banners and portable signage and the trading name FLAG FACTORY has been used to more clearly define its activities. Adrian and Michael have worked together for more than fifty years and continue to give their support to General Manager Barry Kenchington.
