Who We Are
1time holidays, a division of 1time airline offers packages to all 1time destinations and surroundings (Johannesburg, Durban, Cape Town, George, Port Elizabeth, East London, Garden Route, Kruger Park, Livingstone, Victoria Falls, Maputo and Zanzibar).
Having partnered with some of South Africa's most popular hotels, we are able to offer discounted rates on flights, accommodation and car hire when sold as a package deal. Products are available online and are therefore available for sale 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
A call centre is also available, the staff have been exposed to the products promoted and are therefore able to assist with any advise/
assistance required. Hotel partners have been carefully selected to provide a product range for anybody's taste/budget.
Apart from selling the basic packages consisting of flights, hotel and car, also on offer are excursions and activities with something for
everyone.

The B in our BACK strategy stands for Because we can:
We have an allocation of 10 tickets per month for special requests. These are for the general public and once off organisations that we don't have a signed agreement with within our CSR portfolio. These could be a individuals who have been hit with tragedies and need help, or organisations raising funds for their causes. They are treated on a first come first serve basis, and are limited to 10 a month. We have assisted the following organisations in the past 6 months: Cystic Fibrosis Organisation; Natalie du Toit; Reach for a dream; Bobs for Good; Suicide Prevention Charity; Ride for Sight to name but a few.
The A in our giving BACK strategy is for Animals:
We have set agreements for organisations that help animals in distress and to preserve our planet through respect and assistance for animals, for instance : Oscar Around the World; Wet Nose Foundation; World Parrot Trust; Rhino Foundation; Two Oceans Aquarium; to name but a few. We have set contracts for these organisations and help them on a regular basis.
An integral part of our CSR programme of giving Back is the C for Cancer:
Cancer affects all our lives, in the workplace and at home. Our biggest cancer drive is the Journey of Hope. An organisation that supports education to women, men and children around the possibilities and importance of re-construction of breasts lost due to Cancer. We have been their airline partner for some 4 years now. This organisation touches more than 40 000 people a year and we believe that their mission is honourable.
The last and certainly not least of our BACK strategy is the letter K for Kids:
Giving back to children through education, acknowledging their dreams, giving them school shoes and lap desks and generally contributing to a better quality of life, is what we honour in this part of our strategy. Reach for a dream; The Big Shoe Foundation; Girls & Boys Towns

1time Airline has become the first airline in Africa to allow its customers to purchase flight tickets online with a debit card, following the launch of MTN Mobile Money's payD.
