Who We Are:

Solutions to legal problems are often found by exploring new avenues which fall outside a traditional approach to law. At ENS, we focus on creating just such solutions.

Acting for top corporate clients over the years has made ENS one of South Africa's leading law firms. This, however, has not led to us becoming complacent. In fact, we don't offer our clients a customary package, a previously used precedent or a standard letter. Instead, we deliver more than what is expected.

Working with our clients, we continue to find fresh, "unexpected" solutions. We create legal products that add value and stand out by being remarkably different from the normal offering. Our aim is not only to protect your assets and minimise your losses, but also to strive to create solutions that will expand your business and allow you to exploit new opportunities.

Services We Offer:

ENS focus of a wide range of business areas including BEE , Advertising , Construction , Competition , Banking and Finance , Constitution , Copyright , Health care and Forensics , immigration , etc

ENS Pro Bono:

At ENS, we are very aware of the South African socio-economic context in which we operate. It is our earnest desire to make a difference by providing access to justice to people who cannot afford to pay. It is in line with this goal that we have established pro bono offices right in the heart of poverty-stricken communities, where we provide free legal services and educate people about their rights. Thus, we are not only continually transforming our own law firm, but we are also assisting in the transformation of our country through serving the poor and giving voices to the voiceless.

ENS' lawyers each render at least 32 hours of pro bono service per annum to our pro bono initiative. ENS was the first law firm in the country to have established a pro bono office in the heart of a historically disadvantaged community – Mitchells Plain in Cape Town and now also in Alexandra, Johannesburg.

ENS aims to lead the way in legal pro bono work in South Africa through its Alexandra and Mitchells Plain offices, as well as through further bold initiatives in the years ahead.
