Who We Are

The Sizwe IT Group has grown substantially from humble beginnings ten years ago when the company was founded by current chairman Ben Kekana and CFO Hanno van Dyk. From a small consumables company employing three other people, the company has now grown to an end to end solutions company employing over 500 people.

Today, Sizwe IT Group is a leading provider of networks solutions, having been awarded the CISCO Gold Partner Status and this year 2011, voted the CISCO partner of the year.

The company, under the leadership of CEO Tim Modise, prides itself for the growth and professional services based on a partnership model that has helped grow eight small IT companies spread throughout the country.

Sizwe provides services in facilities management, cabling, networks, desk-top solutions and maintenance, servers and storage maintenance and more recently, software and applications. We are very pleased that various government departments have entrusted us with substantial work in IT security. Our other clients include Airports Company SA, PRASA, Standard Bank but to name a few of our blue chip clients.

We are very conscious of our South African heritage and have a deep sense of responsibility towards our society. In that regard we have partnered with Dr Sam Motsuenyane to assist his Rural Development Foundation for 3 years. We are also involved in various supporting activities for the SAPS Widows and Orphans Fund and other schools and education projects.
